Founded in 2010, our family-owned restaurant started as a small café with the dream of bringing authentic Italian cuisine to our community. Today, we continue that tradition, blending old-world recipes with a modern twist.

Our Journey: From Family Kitchen to Local Favorite in the heart of our small town, Local Café began as a dream shared by two food-loving siblings, Maria and Luca. Growing up in a family where meals were the center of every gathering, they spent countless hours learning traditional recipes from their grandmother’s kitchen. Inspired by those cherished family moments, Maria and Luca envisioned creating a place where people could come together to enjoy the same warmth, comfort, and incredible flavors that shaped their childhood. In 2015, that dream came to life with the opening of Local Café, a small, cozy restaurant on the corner of Oak Street. With just 10 tables and a lot of heart, they started serving homemade meals made from the freshest, locally-sourced ingredients. Their focus was simple: authentic, delicious food served in a welcoming, family-friendly environment.
